Versace - 2 Chain Reaction

The 2 Chain Reaction Sneakers are a result of a design collaboration between American hip hop artist 2Chainz and Versace. A sneaker that embodies the Versace DNA through the perspective of the Atlanta hip hop star. The collaboration will be presented in his hometown during the weekend of February 1st – in a celebration of the artist’s heritage. The most elevated Chain Reaction silhouette to date, the new ‘2 Chain Reaction’ juxtaposes Versace’s heritage with 2Chainz’ ethos. The sneakers boast some of the familiar elements of the Chain Reaction – the unmissable chain-link sole, Greca details and braille lettering – while introducing new features such as an embossed croc neoprene collar with dual zip closure. The zippers are connected by a nylon strap for easy one handed open and close function. The collaboration launched in the Versace pop-up boutique in Atlanta’s Wish Gallery from February 1st to February 3rd and on Versace.com. The sneaker will be dropping in the Versace Phipps Plaza boutique February 4th and become globally available on February 8th. The limited-edition sneakers come in a branded box and bag featuring the ‘2 Chain Reaction’ logo and are accompanied by a ready-to-wear capsule collection. The capsule of men’s athleisure wear is also designed in collaboration with 2Chainz and will be available exclusively in the USA. Music: "Hot Wings" performed by 2 Chainz
